Seaboard Cafe opened in May of 1991 when Logan's Trading Company moved from the old Farmer's Market into their new home at the Seaboard Train Station in downtown Raleigh. Rick Perales and team moved in and started selling hot dogs, hamburgers, and homemade fajitas to the shoppers. The
rest was history!
